“I’ve got a piece of paper here saying you owe money to Quick Cash Online, so where’s the money mate?”

“It was 100 quid when you got it [the loan]. It could be double that by now. Do you realize how serious this is?”

“This is typical of you. Every time we give you any kind of responsibility you go and abuse it. I’m taking [you] off the insurance and you are going to get a job, any job at all, until you pay that loan off.”

“I have an overdue loan that I need to pay off. I know it’s increased. I just wanted to ask if I can pay off the amount I initially borrowed. I can’t afford the full amount … I need more time.”

“You’re not going to win that money from here, a job is easier. When are you going to fucking learn? Listen to me, I’m only looking out for you. Don’t bother putting money in that again.”

“Listen, I just want to talk to you. Last night was a fucking disgrace. I’m sorry for blowing up on you like that. I know you struggle with that stuff and I shouldn’t have lost my shit. I just want to help you. I’m sorry for the way I acted but I still stand by what I said. You’ve got to stop lying and telling people you’ve got a job and just come clean. It will make everything better.”
